New Profile Pages: Analytics and Filters
We rebuilt the profile pages on traces.com. Center stage is now a redesigned activity graph that sits directly above your traces list. Users now get a clear, at-a-glance view of every traces that's been shared and how agent usage has trended over time.
A zoomable activity graph
The new graph is a stacked, per-day bar chart of activity. Each bar covers one day and shows messages and traces for that day, with the business day in view called out.
- Zoom in and out. Drag across any span of days to zoom in. The chart magnifies the selection to fill the view and updates the header to summarize just that range. Click outside or Escape to zoom back out.
- Drill into a single day. Hover or focus any bar for a tooltip with that day's breakdown.
- See older activity. Scroll to the start of the window and the graph loads earlier days on demane, all the way back to your first trace.
- Breakdown by agent or person. On team profiles, toggle the graph between By Agent and By Person to see who, or what, drove activity.
More filters on your traces list
You can now narrow the traces list fight from the toolbar. Filters combine, and each lives in the URL, so a filtered view is shareable.
- Agent. Show only taces from specific agents.
- Visibility. Public, Direct, or Private.
- Person. On team profiles, filter to a specific member's traces.
- Date. Last week, last month, or last quarrter.
- Length Short, medium, or long sessions by message count.
