Lab 0324, Inc. is committed to the highest standards of privacy and security to ensure that any personal information you entrust to us when using our Services is fully protected. This policy sets out our practices when collecting, using and disclosing any of your information in the course of providing you Services through the Traces Platform ("Privacy Policy").

Information We Collect and Use in Delivering Services

When you set up an account with us, we collect your identification and contact information, such as your GitHub profile information, email address, and display name, and we use this information when providing Services to you, including when using and communicating through the Traces Platform and accessing customer support. The purposes for which we use your information, include, but may not be limited to, enabling and supporting:

  • Account Management: creating and managing your Traces account, namespace memberships, and authentication sessions;
  • Trace Data: storing, displaying, and sharing the agent traces you choose to sync from your local development environment, including messages, tool calls, and execution results;
  • Business Operations: billing and accounting, including collecting payment information when you subscribe to paid services;
  • Communication: informing you about new Services, features, offers, promotions, and other pertinent information;
  • Service Provision: in delivering and updating our Services as configured and used by you, and to make ongoing personalized experiences and recommendations; and
  • Ongoing Service Performance: keeping the Services up-to-date and performant, and meeting user productivity, reliability, efficacy, quality, privacy, accessibility, and security needs.

Trace Data and Content

When you use our CLI tool or other integrations to sync traces to the Traces Platform, we collect and store the content of those traces, including:

  • Messages exchanged between you and AI agents;
  • Tool calls and their results (e.g., file reads, code edits, terminal commands);
  • Metadata such as timestamps, agent identifiers, and model information;
  • Project paths and names (as configured by you).

You control which traces are synced and whether they are shared publicly or kept private. We do not review the content of your traces unless required for legal compliance, security purposes, or if you explicitly request support that requires accessing your data. You are responsible for ensuring that your traces do not contain sensitive information such as passwords, API keys, or personal data of others without proper authorization.

Authentication and Third-Party Services

We use GitHub OAuth for authentication. When you authenticate via GitHub, we receive your GitHub profile information, including your username, email address, and profile avatar. We do not store your GitHub password or credentials. We also use cookies and session tokens to maintain your login state and secure your account.

International Transfers

In order to deliver Services to you, we may rely on technology that stores or processes your information outside the jurisdiction in which you reside. As such, your information may become subject to the laws of another jurisdiction, which may differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information outside of your jurisdiction when necessary for delivering the Services.

Privacy Rights

Subject to certain limitations and depending on the privacy laws applicable to you, you may have the following legal rights to your information:

  • Right to access or correct your information held by us;
  • The right to object to the processing of your information, as allowed by applicable law; and
  • Right to request deletion of your traces and account data.

Where we rely on your consent to process your information, you may have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time and, where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object (as noted above). Please note that withdrawing your consent may affect your access and ability to use our Services.

You have the right to file a complaint about the way we use or process your information with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (Canada) or other data protection authority as may be applicable to your jurisdiction.

Safeguarding Your Information

Lab 0324 uses industry-leading technical and organizational security measures to protect your information held by us from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and accidental loss and destruction. This includes encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Lab 0324 retains personal information and trace data only as long as necessary to provide and improve the Services or to meet legal obligations. Your information retained by Lab 0324 will be de-identified, aggregated, and/or securely deleted once it is no longer needed for such purposes. You may delete your traces and account data at any time through the platform or by contacting us.

Lab 0324 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and the Traces Platform to enhance user experience, maintain authentication sessions, and secure your account. The Traces Platform may contain links to other websites that are not under our control and we assume no responsibility for those links or the privacy practices of the websites should you choose to navigate to them.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take steps to delete such information.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to how we handle your information held by us. Your continued use of our website, the Traces Platform or Services will be deemed acceptance by you of the updated Privacy Policy.
