You are given one or more GitHub PR URLs: https://github.com/badlogic/pi-mono/pull/1105

For each PR URL, do the following in order:

Check if packages/coding-agent/README.md, packages/coding-agent/docs/.md, packages/coding-agent/examples/**/.md require modification. This is usually the case when existing features have been changed, or new features have been added.
Provide a structured review with these sections:
- Good: solid choices or improvements
- Bad: concrete issues, regressions, missing tests, or risks
- Ugly: subtle or high impact problems

Good:

Adds tool execution event variants to the assistant stream so custom providers can surface tool execution progress.
Agent loop forwards the new tool_exec events into existing tool_execution_* agent events, which matches the TUI event model.

Bad:

streamProxy protocol does not define or handle tool_exec_* events. If a custom provider is used behind streamProxy, these events will be dropped.
packages/coding-agent/docs/custom-provider.md documents event types for custom providers but does not mention tool_exec_* events, so users will not discover the new capability.
No tests added to cover forwarding tool_exec_* events through streamAssistantResponse.

Questions or Assumptions:

Which provider needs server initiated tool execution and is it safe to extend the AssistantMessageEvent protocol for that provider.
Should streamProxy and ProxyAssistantMessageEvent be extended to carry tool_exec_* events.
